Locked out of my new Facebook page, how do I get back in?

Hi there, what did I do wrong?? Today I started a new Facebook account for my production company (not a page, but an account), I susessfully started it, started inviting select friends and followed about 10 groups with similar interests. I posted to 2 groups and then was kicked off telling me that I couldn’t get back in unless I sent them a photo of my face. I did that and haven’t heard anything back. Has anyone gone through this? Did you hear back? How long does this take? Is there anything I should be doing to expidite it? Thank you so much in advance.
