first you need to get the letters of the wheel In Order.
the 'printscreen' function is your friend here, to stop the spinning.
then try every other letter, and see if it spells anything.
then try every third letter. repeat until something makes sense.
you can also just try unscrambling - all letters are used and only once each

'Yesterday" makes sense that word ... since last Tuesday ... finished the event of the wheels
yes -- unscrambling will also work, but could give multiple answers (some that make more sense than others)
but being systematic will ensure that you arrive at the proper answer.

Prizes have been awarded, so the answer is "Masked in Mystery", the name of the first Style Showdown category for this year. You had to move 7 spaces along the wheel each time. (If you went 7 spaces the other way, you end up with the letters in reverse order.) The prize this week was a Mini Swiss Cheese Wheel.

I also looked at shopkeepers, games, and how many items that had that name. The only thing I see is that they add up to 16, 14, and 12.
