There are 2 blue nimmos? Seems a little mean... Even if they do give it to you as part of the answer

@beebzzz,
Turns out the two blue Nimmos help you decide which Scorchio

I think the Blue Nimmo didn't really help me decide Sad I'm not seeing the logic on why it would make one Scorchio more likely than the other. And now I'm suddenly certain I've done it wrong too! Sad

@vvktv,
do the digits add up to 7?

they either add up to 9 or 7 Razz

@travod,
I went with the 7. The 9 would leave us with two mismatched Neopets.

@travod,
does it have anything to do with the digits adding up to what?

@lennyfan,
Ahhh I already submitted mine before checking here *tsk tsk*. I went with the 9 though, as I didnt even realize that there were two nimmo's or that there was that "pattern" Ah well, maybe next week. I was pretty late in submitting anyway

@mommieof2,
Just saying, use Neopet's search function. Each of the pets is a specific TGC card...

Okay... a little late on the uptake... but I was CERTAIN that I got the last LC correct. Sad
Wasn't it the KQ tutorial? If not, then what in the world did I do wrong? Sad

@amusicluffer,
Did you abbreviate the answer as KQ? That probably would have made the checking program skip over it. I put "Key Quest Tutorial" with a space between Key and Quest. I would expect they would also accept "KeyQuest Tutorial", especially since that is the way it is more often written on the site.

Last week's solution:

There were 8 Neopets listed: Red Techo, Green Peophin, Pink Cybunny, Ghost Lenny, Maraquan Scorchio, Blue Nimmo, Yellow Bori and Shadow Eyrie.

Each of these is the name of a Neopets Trading Card (see http://www.neopets.com/tcg/checklist.phtml). Each card appears in one or more sets of trading cards:
Red Techo - Mystery Island (#43)
Green Peophin - Mystery Island (#74)
Pink Cybunny - Haunted Woods (#42)
Ghost Lenny - Haunted Woods (#52)
Maraquan Scorchio - Curse of Maraqua (#13) and Travels in Neopia (#20)
Blue Nimmo - Darkest Faerie (#61) and Travels in Neopia (#82)
Yellow Bori - Darkest Faerie (#109)
Shadow Eyrie - Darkest Faerie (#89)

We are given the winnings of the Red Techo (43), Ghost Lenny (52) and Blue Nimmo (82). The only remaining question is which number to use for the Maraquan Scorchio. As we look at the card sets of the Neopets, we notice that the first two are in the Mystery Island set, the second two in the Haunted Woods set, and the last two in the Darkest Faerie set. So it makes sense to have the Maraquan Scorchio in the same set as the Blue Nimmo and we'll choose the Maraquan Scorchio number from the Travels in Neopia set (#20).

Thus the answer is 43 + 74 + 42 + 52 + 20 + 82 + 109 + 89 = 511.

While walking through Tyrannia, a mysterious Usul of few words beckons you to play his version of Tyranu Evavu.

For this game, he's changed the prize amounts a bit, however. The total prize for getting one guess correct is 1 Neopoint. The total prize for getting two correct is 2 Neopoints. Three correct is 4 Neopoints, four correct is 7 Neopoints, and five correct is 12 Neopoints. Ten correct is 143 Neopoints.

Assuming there are no bonus points awarded, and disregarding the cost to play, how many Neopoints will you earn by going through an entire deck of cards with no incorrect guesses? Please submit only a number, with no punctuation.

This week's prize is a Tyrannian Usul Stamp.
