as far as i can see, you need to be among the fastest ones, but not sure how many. i have been among 250 countless times, but only have a gold trophy x3.
Suppose there is one Neopet in all of Neopia that somehow contracts Neezles. Neezles is highly contagious, and once a Neopet contracts it, they will pass the disease on to an uninfected Neopet every five minutes, starting five minutes after first infected.
Assuming Neezles Jabs are unavailable due to unscrupulous hoarding, how many minutes after the first Neopet is infected will it take for every Neopet in Neopia to be infected with Neezles?

i think i got it - i submitted an answer already.
i think it's a number of neopets - the rising number makes little difference, as it is very large already.
try making a diagram how a disease is "spread" in five minute intervals, and you'll notice a simple mathematical pattern.
