Back in LC 277 and 278, we had somewhat similar questions - those questions were "What percentage of users answering this question will get it correct?". I'm expecting that the number of people submitting an answer to this week's LC should be somewhat close to the number of people that answered those weeks.
So, I'm going to take the average of the number of responses to those two LC (average of 19427 and 19948), add 5% for potential growth in Neopets and the additional people that might submit a response in three weeks instead of one, then divide by eight less than the number of hours in three weeks (24 * 7 *3 - 8 = 496).
And since I can't see that it matters, given that it is a guess, I'm actually going to share my answer, which is 42. So if you don't want to do the work yourself and agree with my reasoning, you'll probably want to submit something close to that. If you take the lower value and don't subtract the 8 hours, you get 36. If you take the upper value + 10% and subtract the 8 hours, you get 44.
I tought the Lenny C would be one week and put my answer as 123. Silly me, why would TNT make a 3 week lenny C? Don't u think it might be a trick?
LCs are sometimes tricky; but any info given in them is pretty much never a trick. =P
i expect we won't get an update until the 29th, and since it's a total guess it doesn't require much discussion. funny enough, i submitted an answer pretty close to Ed's by the same logic before coming to the board.

Most likely the one puzzle guy is on vacation during that time. Have you ever tried making up a GOOD puzzle without being inclined to do it? It's like doing Calculus homework in second grade... =p So they're being lazy and saying, "Well, he's on vacation, so whatever."
On the bright side, we don't have to camp in front of the computer refreshing the LC until the 29th...
Yay! I'm back. I forgot, and i was inactive on neopets to. Well, i was sick for a week so yeahzz... Well, umm i dunno
Whoa!! This was realeased on the eight? Ho'dang! i didn't miss much then...

I need to camp in front of the computer refreshing for the BTY :p
Also, they could have made on of those easy to make word puzzles.
So did anyone get a message saying they got the answer right? (And if so, what was the answer?) The Lenny is closed, but I apparently didn't get it correct, since I haven't received a message.
@edstock,
The answer was 39. I forget, but I think I put 30 as my answer.

@edstock,
So, I had the right approach, but not quite the right numbers. There were apparently 19277 answers submitted, which is a bit less than the previous LC's I referred to, rather than a bit more. And the number of hours was 497.5 instead of my estimated 496. This gives 37.8, rounded to 39 entries per hour, a bit less than my guess of 42.

Thanks, I hadn't thought of doing that.
At least the wait is over finally. I wonder if anyone got it right. If someone did, they're going to have lots of money.
New puzzle is out. It's an interactive jigsaw puzzle of sorts.
Guess we gotta figure out the letters
P.S. You can move the puzzle tiles around on the screen if u didnt know that.
At least they can't cheat and post this to Yahoo! Answers this week XD or, not without making it obvious it's for a contest
I'm seeing red herring bits--like, more parts for the letter "S" than can make whole letters...
One part that looks like an S actually has a bit on the bottom that makes it a G
A new Lenny Conundrum competition has begun. The answer to last week's was 39. 26 people guessed the correct answer earning themselves 76924 NP each.
Wow, out of 19277 guesses, only 26 people got it right. I would really like to see the distribution of guesses on this one.

Not from what I see. Are you looking at the same tile I am? [I almost have it...]
Oh. Now I don't remember which part I was talking about... =p Now to answer it!
