just think of what's happening on neopets atm and what the letters could say. writing them out gives a biiiig clue!

I put the letters out on alphabetical order and i get
A A A E I I L N O O O R R S T T V
Kinda jibberjabber...
But i do notice "AAA" in it. Is it anything got to do with the daily dare
You know, it seems really obvious once it hits you...

tragicistari, Thanks for the hints. I was finally able to get the phrase, too late for top 250 most likely but oh well.
For those still working on the puzzle, AAA is a BIG clue. Think of what that stands for...

Meh, that makes no sence...
But, to get the answer. U put all the letters in alphabetical order, and just get AAA in full name?
Then all the other parts are useless? The rest of it:
