Yeah I finally got it too! Google plus wikipedia plus the hints. See, I'm just stupid and didn't know about that way of communicating.

lol yea. I tried not to be too obvious, but it's pretty straight forward. Just take your time on it and read it carefully then search the clues. You'll see it when you search it. It'll all make sense then. I got the flag hint because I was a Sea Cadet for 6 years. lol Oops... another slight hint.
i got it ! a while ago actually, that post from before was old because it wouldn't let me post it til i made an account, which i then had to activate. it took a long time for the activation email though.
ive spent a very long time trying to figure tihs out, ive checked world clocks, done lots of googling, drawn all this stuff out, but i cant figure it out.
and whoever said semaphore, are u talking abt adelaide in australia?
OMG IVE FIGURED IT OUT! this LC was reaaaally fun, like i had so much fun doing this one, the flags hint helped so much

Babydante did give it away, with all the hints of flags and communicating, try googling "communicating with flags"
Eventually you'll find it.
