Okay, the tool has the letters of the alphabet in a circle, three times. The center alphabet is in reverse and spins around, otherwise it's just this:
ABCDEFGHIJKLMNOPQRSTUVWXYZ
ZYXWVUTSRQPONMLKJIHGFEDCBA
ABCDEFGHIJKLMNOPQRSTUVWXYZ
??
No Idea on this one folks.
Formula
This one wasn't too hard. Here's the formula:
168*2+100
its always the same, w is e at example...i think its something like : seonetp=neopets...

Has anyone else aside from me experimented with moving the wheel? I'm sure it has something to do with the positioning of that red arrow...
moving wheel
Moving the wheel didn't do anything for me.
im trying but still nto helping me
well let's do it as a crypto....double letters at the end of a few words....l, f, s, i are possibilities.
It's a cypher wheel, old code breaking equipment, you move both wheels so you don't change letters once you change them twice so:
A becomes B becomes C
so ADD becomes CCF
I think it is like the WWII German enigma, every letter that id decoded the wheel moves one space, just need to know where to start....
Red arrow
I am sure the red arrow has something to do with it. But I cant figure out what.
That's fine in theory, Beth, but you can only move ONE wheel. The other two are probably unmovable for a reason.
The arrow probably just means that however you figure it out, the letter you need to read is the one on the inner circle.
The inner and outer alphabets don't move. I'm a little confused as to why there are three, actually.
Really; What's the use of three wheels if two remain the same?
I've tried a few ways, don't seem to do much. Knowing what those two t's in the first word could help, though.
