a theory
ok, so i just thought maybe the top and bottom rows of numbers.

40-16=24
78-27=51
84-45=39
82-58=24

and if this is a pattern then:

93-51=42
and
95-39=56

42x56=2352

42 and 56 being the 2 missing numbers..... just a theory but i answered 2352

I thought about that as well, but I don't know. I was waiting to see what everyone else thought about it.

well, its a stab in the dark but its an idea, subtracting the top and bottom number of each column.

and it goes: 24, 51, 39, 24
so going by this if there is a pattern here to get 51 and 39 as a result from subtracting you would need the 2 missing numbers to be 42 and 56

top row would be: 40, 78, 45, 82, 93, 95
bottom row would be: 16, 27, 84, 58, 42, 56
the pattern would be: 24, 51, 39, 24, 51, 39

does that make sense?

For a lack of better ideas... maybe...
Though I wouldn't bank on it... There's just one repeating difference (24), and the sequence of 24,51,39, 24,51,39 does not look like a pattern... So I would like to see more similar patterns (between rows 2,4 for example... but what about row 3? Ummm... doesn't look too promising Sad

This is where I don't see the pattern. But I didn't sleep last night and I got too much logic and math with the plot today. Maybe I'm just blind to it @_@

Dismiss it, it's not going anywhere.

If I multiply two numbers and then divide it by one of the original numbers, the result will always end up as one of the original numbers.

I STILL think that one of the two missing numbers only has one digit.

And now, I'm going to bed. I've been screwing around with the Sloth-plot for way too long, I have to get up in 7 hours and I haven't even taken my sleeping meds yet.. They take an hour to work, so I guess I won't get much sleep tonight.

And my schoolday is from 11am - 4pm and then again from 6-10pm. Talk about a long day on way to little sleep =/

I hope history is cancelled again..

ok its more going on an assumption that the next 2 numbers would result in it making a pattern i guess, its more of a 'possibility' for a pattern than stone cold truth...

in a way i guess the pattern was 'made'. it was the only thing i could figure so i went with it.

k... don't know if this is right, but, after running a numerical analyzation program, it came up with 43 and 87... which would give the answer 3741.
