It's such a Canadian classic.

Don't know when I've been at an office pizza event where there wasn't at least one Hawaiian pizza on the table.

I do like a lot of sweet and meat combos - it's a Russian/Baltic thing - so it doesn't seem unusual to me.

Not my first choice (double cheese, bacon and garlic) , but I'd never turn it down.

Actually, a Pizza Hawai was the first pizza I've ever had ... in a pizzaria mainly frequented by Canadian soldiers.

It's pretty standard over here, ham and pineapple is up there with pepperoni and margarita.

I personally don't fancy it on pizza, but gammon steak with a slice of pineapple is a regular feature at most steakhouses.

Never had Hawaiian pizza and don't plan to. Sounds weird and the tomato sauce and mozzarella don't strike me as good combinations with pineapple.

However, everybody has their own food delights, so go for it if you want.

Y'all know me, long time certifiable (you can take that two ways, and I do) Italophile. Sadly, I've not gotten myself to Napoli for, I take it, the real thing. Probably anywhere in the Mezzogiorno, but as we all know, not very good restaurants show up all over the place, probably even there. My pizzas aren't usually too bad, if I do say so. Ask Diane and Thomas of a2k. Thomas was particularly happy..

Pineapple on pizza is absolutely the best.

My current fave is to have pineapple, pepperoni, and garlic. What an amazing flavor combo.
