Seed, Our memories of Cav will not change with time. I was one of the fortunate ones to have met Cav and his lovely wife in Toronto on our trans-Canada train trek in August of 2003, and Cav did a special catering for my wife and I at their home. That has a special place in my heart as well as all the special posts by Cav on a2k. He was a gentleman with wit, smarts, and the skills to write like a pro. We will all miss this special guy named Cavfancier - or Chef Paul.
