I am really bad at number riddles so i would appreciate anyone who could give me the answer to this! Thanks!
Quote:If each Grundo only carries one bucket, and if the bucket is a cylinder 20cm in diameter by 30cm tall, and if an Abominable Snowball requires a sphere of snow 60cm in diameter and another sphere of snow 110cm in diameter, how many Grundos are required to build three Abominable Snowballs?
easy if I know what Grundos carry in buckets?
Vb=Π*r^2
VSb=4/3*Π*r^3
Vb=3.14*0.1*0.1*0.3=0.00942
VSb1=4/3(3.14*0.3*0.3*0.3)=0.11304
VSb2=4/3(3.14*0.55*0.55*0.55)=0.6965
ASb=VSb1+VSb2=0.11304+0.6965=0.80954
3 ASb=3*0.80954=2.42862 cubic meters
Grundos= 3 ASb/Vb=2.42862/0.00942=258
Ok?
What a waste of ten minutes... could've just gone here first.
not 258, Grundos can go back and forth with the buckets.
You mean they come with snow buckets and back again with the snow?
Do you round numbers when you answer this question?
