Kind of a riddle, i suppose, please help

I would take a well thought out letter over jewelry anyday. Ad to the front of my name and send it to the place found in North, South, and Central . Can't figure it out then your obvious aren't intelligent enough for my liking.


Anyone able to figure this out. It's a e-mail address, but i can't figure it out. I'm atleast trying to figure the e-mail provider.

Please help
