ARE's = Two (or one if you're looking just at the plural)
AR's = 4
R's = 11
I assume we're talking about the whole sentence (including the clever person bit!).

yup gotta be none, cos that is spelled t-h-a-t and there are no are's or 'r's in it
none its like when people say whats your name and then they say spell it and when you spell your name they say wrong it is spelled it same with this that is t-h-a-t
