Help with Poke notifications

I don't know if it's something I did accidentally or what, but for the last week all the pokes I get no longer give me an audible or vibrating notification. Only in my notification area on my app, so unless I click it, I have no idea it's even there.
EXCEPT right after midnight it will turn on and vibe and do the facebook ringtone. I'm usually in bed right after and put my phone on do not disturb for the night. When I get up in the morning I'll return pokes but when I get them back it's back to nothing.

This is so annoying. I have text notifications allowed to come through at any hour, although I don't think it has anything to do with texting but it's the only time of day setting I see.

Can anyone please help with this? I've been all through the settings and can't find it.
I'm using Facebook app version 137.0.0.24.91 which as of today is the most up to date.
