I have not been able to get into FB using chrome for several weeks. I keep getting a message that i need to use Kaspersky Clean up - which i was reluctant to do - thinking it was a scam - but i researched and apparently kaspersky is reputable but my Norton won't let me use kaspersky - so i'm basically locked out of facebook when i use chrome. I can use it in Firefox, but it crashes often which was why i was used to using chrome. any ideas or advice for me? thank you in advance.

All I can suggest is to uninstall Norton and install Kaspersky. I did that for entirely different reasons, and probably by coincidence, I've been having problems ever since.

Have you tried reinstalling Chrome?

not sure - my husband is working on it right now - i will ask him. BUT the thing is, NOW i am locked on on Firefox too!
