Facebook GIF Button

I have a Samsung Galaxy S7 and on my Facebook mobile app, i still dont have the GIF button in the comments bar. My brother has the same phone as me and he has it so I know its not due to my model of phone. I have updated the app and my phone has been updated too and still no luck. Any advice?

have you tried logging out and logging back in to FB?
