Good morning, Boston. We wondered where you were. Your bio about Greta Garbo fits perfectly, no?

Interesting woman, and as I recall, there was a movie, Garbo Talks, but I cannot remember one thing about it. Thanks, buddy, for the information.

Listeners, do you suppose that we could encourage Bob to recount his karaoke experience?

Come on Boston, someone is calling you:

Artist: Lyrics
Song: Bali Hai Lyrics

Bloody Mary:
Most people live on a lonely island,
Lost in the middle of a foggy sea.
Most people long for another island,
One where they know they will like to be.

Bali Ha'i may call you,
Any night, any day,
In your heart, you'll hear it call you:
"Come away...Come away."

Bali Ha'i will whisper
In the wind of the sea:
"Here am I, your special island!
Come to me, come to me!"

Your own special hopes,
Your own special dreams,
Bloom on the hillside
And shine in the streams.
If you try, you'll find me
Where the sky meets the sea.
"Here am I your special island
Come to me, Come to me."

Bali Ha'i,
Bali Ha'i,
Bali Ha'i!

Someday you'll see me floatin' in the sunshine,
My head stickin' out from a loaf nighin' cloud,
You'll hear me call you,
Singin' through the sunshine,
Sweet and clear as can be:
"Come to me, here am I, come to me."
If you try, you'll find me
Where the sky meets the sea.
"Here am I your special island
Come to me, Come to me."

Bali Ha'i,
Bali Ha'i,
Bali Ha'i!

Good Morning WA2K.

Interesting bios, Bob. If you like Garbo, you might set your VCR for this Tuesday's TCM Garbo specials. Although I've always admired her beauty, I had never given her too much credit for acting ability until I saw one of TCM's 90 minute bios last week. I was most impressed - there was magic in her eyes - and her smile, so rarely seen on film, was delightful.

I guess you all know that although Rossano Brazzi had a fine singing voice, Georgio Tozzi, the great Italian opera basso, dubbed his voice in "South Pacific. "

Ah, listeners, There's our Raggedy with her usual celeb updates.

First, I had no idea that Tozi was a dub for Brazzi. Wow, thanks for that, honey.

About Lance. Didn't I see somewhere that he is engaged to some star? My word, and I think he has finally proved that he was NOT into drugs in any of the Tour de France bike bits.

A bunch of celebs in your list of which I am familiar, PA. Back later to take careful note.

Wow! dj. Missed your history stuff. I wonder if that particular pomegranate is where Solomon got his comparison for the Queen of Sheba's mammary mischief. <smile>

Thanks, Canada.

oops, Made a mistake, listeners.

Apologies to dj and that exotic fruit:

Verses 4:1-16

IV. (4:1, 2, 3, 4, 5) Behold, thou art fair, my love; behold, thou art fair; thou hast doves' eyes within thy locks: thy hair is as a flock of goats, that appear from mount Gilead. Thy teeth are like a flock of sheep that are even shorn, which came up from the washing; whereof every one bear twins, and none is barren among them. Thy lips are like a thread of scarlet, and thy speech is comely: thy temples are like a piece of a pomegranate within thy locks. Thy neck is like the tower of David builded for an armoury, whereon there hang a thousand bucklers, all shields of mighty men. Thy two breasts are like two young roes that are twins, which feed among the lilies.

Just Lose It
Eminem

OK(ok,ok)
Guess who's back(back,back),
Back again(gain,gain),
Shady's back(back,back),
Tell a friend(friend,friend),
AAAAAAAAAAA!!!!!!!

Now everyone report to the dancefloor, to the dance floor, to the dancefloor,
Now everyone report to the dancefloor, alright stop!........Pajama time!

Come here little kiddies, on my lap, guess who's back with a brand new rap?
And I don't mean rap as in a new case of Child molestation accusations.
AAAAAAAAAAA!!!!!!!
No words, papa's got a brand new bag of toys,
what else could I possibly do to make noise?
I done touched on everything but little boys.
that's not a stab at Michael,
that's just a metaphor, I'm just psycho,
I go a little bit crazy sometimes,
I get a little bit, out of control with my rhymes.

Good God, dip, do a little slide, bend down, touch your toes and just glide,
up the center of the dancefloor, like TP for my bunghole,
and it's cool if you let one go,
nobody's gonna know, who'd hear it?
Give a little 'toot toot' it's OK!
(fart sound), oops!, my CD just skipped, and everyone just heard you let one rip!

(chorus)

Now, I'm going to make you dance,
It's your chance,
Yeah, boy, shake that ass,
Oops, I mean girl, girl, girl, girl,
Girl you know your my world
Alright, now lose it!
AAAAAAAAAAA!!!!!!!!!!
Just lose it!
AAAAAAAAAAA!!!!!!!!!!
Go crazy!
AAAAAAAAAAA!!!!!!!!!!
Oh, baby,
AAA!
Oh, baby, baby(AAA!)

It's Friday, and it's my day,
just to party all the way to Sunday,
Maybe till Monday,
I don't know what day,
Everyday's just a holiday.
Cruising down the freeway,
Feeling kinda' breezy,
put the top down,
Let my hair blow,
I don't know where I'm going,
All I know is,
When I get there someone's gonna touch my body.

Excuse me, Miss, I don't mean to sound like a jerk,
But I'm feeling just a little stressed out from work,
could you punch me in the stomach and pull my hair,
Spit on me, maybe gouge my eye out (yeah!).
what's your name, girl?
What's your sign?
(DRE) Man, you must be up out your mind!
DRE! AAA! Beer goggels, blind,
I'm just tryin to unwind

(chorus)

Now, I'm going to make you dance,
It's your chance,
Yeah, boy, shake that ass,
Oops, I mean girl, girl, girl, girl,
Girl you know your my world
Alright, now lose it!
AAAAAAAAAAA!!!!!!!!!!
Just lose it!
AAAAAAAAAAA!!!!!!!!!!
Go crazy!
AAAAAAAAAAA!!!!!!!!!!
Oh, baby,
AAA!
Oh, baby, baby(AAA!)

It's Tuesday, and I'm locked up,
I'm in jail, and I don't know what happened,
They say I was running butt naked,
Down the street screamin'
AAAAAAAAAAA!!!!!!!!!!
Well I'm sorry,I don't remember,
All I know is this much, I'm not guilty,
They said save it, cuz we've got you on tape,
Yelling at an old lady, 'Touch my body'!!!

Now, this is the part where the rap breaks down,
gets real intense,
No-one makes a sound,
Everything looks like it's 8 mile now,
The beat comes back and everybody loses themselves,
Snap back to reality,
Look it's B Rabbit!
You signed me up to battle?
I'm a grown man!
chubba chubba chubba chubba chubba chubba chubba!!
I don't have any lines to go right here, so,
tubba Tellytubbie
Fella's (What?),
Fella's, Grab your left nut, and make your right one jealous! (What??)

Black girls,
White girls,
Skinny girls,
Fat girls,
Tall girls,
Small girls,
I'm calling all girls!

Everyone, report to the dancefloor,
It's your chance for,
A little romance or,
Butt squeezing,
It's the season,
Just go AAAA!
It's so appealing!

(chorus)

Now, I'm going to make you dance,
It's your chance,
Yeah, boy, shake that thing,
Oops, I mean girl, girl, girl, girl,
Girl you know your my world
Alright, now lose it!
AAAAAAAAAAA!!!!!!!!!!
Just lose it!
AAAAAAAAAAA!!!!!!!!!!
Go crazy!
AAAAAAAAAAA!!!!!!!!!!
Oh, baby,
AAA!
Oh, baby, baby(AAA!)

Um, num, num, num touch my body,
Um, num, num, num touch my body,
Ooh, boy, just touch my body,
I mean girl just touch my body(body, body)

Here's a better song, listeners, for McTag's nipper's Charlotte. Found it on the web (geddit, Tagger?)

Frankie Avalon from Raggedy's celebs:

Hey, Venus! Oh, Venus!

Venus if you will
Please send a little girl for me to thrill.
A girl who wants my kisses and my arms
A girl with all the charms of you.

Venus, make her fair
A lovely girl with sunlight in her hair.
And take the brightest stars up in the skies
And place them in her eyes for me.

Venus, goddess of love that you are,
Surely the things I ask
Can't be too great a task.

Venus, if you do
I promise that I always will be true.
I'll give her all the love I have to give
As long as we both shall live.

Venus, goddess of love that you are
Surely the things I ask
Can't be too great a task.

Venus if you do
I promise that I always will be true.
I'll give her all the love I have to give
As long as we both shall live.

Hey, Venus! Oh, Venus!
Make my wish come true.
