Good morning from our radio station in Florida.
euro, hurry back. The dollar isn't working too well in America. Razz

tsar, I love all of your animals. You are one clever musician and music lover.

Awakened this morning thinking of Don McLean. Here's the first introduction that I had to that wonderful performer.

I think most of us know the poem by William Stafford called The Animal That Drank Up Sound, but the ending had to do with the cricket restoring it

tsar, you sent me searching. Love to learn here.

Damien Rice (born 7 December 1973) is an Irish singer-songwriter, musician and record producer who plays guitar, piano, clarinet and percussion.

Rice was raised in Celbridge, County Kildare, Ireland, and began his musical career as a member of the 1990s rock group Juniper. After leaving the band he worked as a farmer in Tuscany and busked throughout Europe before returning to Ireland in 2001 and beginning a solo musical career.

That was a great song by him, buddy.

Alex, welcome back to you as well. That was one fantastic song by Elton John. I didn't recognize him and Baby's Got Blue Eyes I didn't know.

Here's one by Frankie Valli, y'all.

Once again Calling Scotland. We miss you here.

Here's one to match Elton's. Although I know it best by Willie Nelson, I like this version as well.

@Region Philbis,
Oops, Region, I lost my response. Are you surprised? Another attempt.

Didn't know R.E.M. so you sent me searching.

R.E.M. was an American rock band from Athens, Georgia, formed in 1980 by singer Michael Stipe, guitarist Peter Buck, bassist Mike Mills, and drummer Bill Berry. One of the first popular alternative rock bands, R.E.M. gained early attention because of Buck's ringing, arpeggiated guitar style and Stipe's unclear vocals.

Loved that song by them. At first I thought you meant rapid eye movement.

It led me to this one, buddy.

@Letty,
Like some REM myself ..... except for one song which was so overplayed it drove me mad. I couldn't stand the song.
It's my Macbeth so I wont name it but I bet Region knows which one I'm talking about, maybe. Smile

Eye of the Tiger is another classic Miss Letty. Go Rocky.

My my, I didn't know Paddy had to changed to Patty ... Smile

I better appease Paddy by playing another of his great tunes.
