@edgarblythe,
another bump brigade, edgar. Tried to do The Shadow of your Smile by Johnny Mathis and Satin Doll by a jazz group. To me Jaws with Richard was just a poor man's Moby Dick. (miss you yitwail)

Bump bump.

Hope our Latin George is alright.

One more bump and perhaps it will work later.

Fanfara Bersaglieri di Lecco - at the International Music Festival in Berlin - Germany

Quote:
The Bersaglieri (Marksmen) are a high-mobility infantry unit of the Italian army. They wear a hat (Cappello piumato) with black capercaillie feathers and move in fast jog pace instead of marching.

euro, I loved Scarlet Ribbons and your Maggie song. herr Hbg, esecially enjoyed Cole Porter and your other German songs.

How about a bit of info on Wednesday.

Woden was probably the most widely known of the Anglo-Saxon Gods and the naming of many of Englands old settlements and geographical landmarks are testimonials to this: Wodnesbeorg (Woden's Grave); Wodnesdene (Woden's Valley); Wodesgeat (Woden's gap). All in close proximity to each other in Wiltshire, with Wansdyke (Woden's dyke) close by, indicate a possible cult of Woden in that area; Wednesbury (Woden's earth works) and Wednesfield (Woden's field), in Staffordshire; Wensley (Woden's Grove), Derbyshire; Wodnesfeld and Wedynsfeld (Both translated as Woden's field), in Essex; Wodenslawe (Woden's mound), Bedfordshire; Woodnesborough (Woden's mound), Kent.

and, y'all, a birthday man.

Hey, Mr. Push man. Yep, there is good and evil in all monarchies. Love that one about the Tutors, buddy. What a delightful day you must have had at Hampton Court.

I had to follow the Gap Band today, 'cause I got up very early.

@Letty,
It was very good, the little one loved it, and I was quite chuffed because I recognised all the monarchs and had a good chat with the actor playing Sir Robert Cecil the Queen's spymaster. I asked him if he was Sir Robert Cecil, and I was right. I know it's not much, but it gave me a great sense of accomplishment.

And we made it through the maze alright.

edgasr, Love that one by Julie London, and dear Karen Carpenter did it as well. Bet you liked Johnny doing The Shadow of your Smile as well.

Izziethepush, thanks for the report on your adventure.

In anticipation of tomorrow night, here's a song for the kids.

hbg, spiders scare me and the black window is one of the scariest. Brown recluse spiders are scary as well.

Favor from your p.d. Try and acknowledge as least one contribution as it keeps the format of our radio going.

Today is Sarah Conors' birthday and she starred in this scary episode.

Oops, That should have been Sharon Carter. Need to talk to my editor about the misunderstandings in our transcripts. I need to do some more research on the lady. I think she's Canadian.
