Goodnight and good morning to all our Listeners.

It's Tuesday, so here is one that I found and thought that I would play. First, some info.

Tuesday Weld (born August 27, 1943) is an American actress. She began acting as a child, and progressed to mature roles in the late 1950s. She won a Golden Globe Award for Most Promising Female Newcomer in 1960. Over the following decade she established a career playing dramatic roles in films.

Now, a great song tribute.

Tried to play Tuesday Wells but it didn't work.

Today is this lady's birthday, so maybe Beyonce will work.

@Letty,
Hi Miss Letty, liked Tina & Beyonce.

Apparently the name Beyonce comes from the surname Beyince... go figure.

Where have all the Betty's, Mary's, Jane's, Kate's etc gone too?.

Oh.. here's a Kate.
Kate Bush - - Cloudburst. ... guest starring Donald.

@eurocelticyankee,
Thanks for restoring our signal, euro. Thanks for your comment and the background on her surname. Odd, that.

Very unusual song by Kate Bush. I was captured by it. Yep, the plain old names have vanished.

@edgarblythe,
Love that one by "the jester, edgar. Never heard him do that one before.

How about some St. Louis blues.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LAwQ-fHYnYY

and, y'all, the lyrics

I hate to see that evening sun go down
I hate to see that evening sun go down
'Cause, my baby, he's gone left this town

Feelin' tomorrow like I feel today
If I'm feelin' tomorrow like I feel today
I'll pack my truck and make my give-a-way

St. Louis woman with her diamond ring
Pulls that man around by her
If it wasn't for her and her
That man I love would have gone nowhere, nowhere

I got the St. Louis Blues
Blues as I can be
That man's got a heart like a rock cast in the sea
Or else he wouldn't have gone so far from me

I love my baby like a school boy loves his pie
Like a Kentucky colonel loves his mint'n rye
I love my man till the day I die

@edgarblythe,
You sent me searching about the location of Judy's song, edgar. Thanks again for your comment.

Shiloh was an ancient city mentioned in the Hebrew Bible. Its site is at modern Khirbet Seilun, south of ancient Tirzah and 10 miles (16 km) north of the Israeli settlement of Beth El in the West Bank.[1]

It was the capital of Israel before the first Temple was built in Jerusalem

Some more hills.

Shiloh was a battle of the Civil War, letty.
Wikipedia
The Battle of Shiloh also known as the Battle of Pittsburg Landing, was a major battle in the Western Theater of the American Civil War, fought April 6 – 7, 1862, in southwestern Tennessee. A Union army under Maj. Gen. Ulysses S. Grant had moved via the Tennessee River deep into Tennessee and was encamped principally at Pittsburg Landing on the west bank of the river. Confederate forces under Generals Albert Sidney Johnston and P. G. T. Beauregard launched a surprise attack on Grant there. The Confederates achieved considerable success on the first day, but were ultimately defeated on the second day.

@edgarblythe,
Mountain of Love was great, edgar. My word, I should have known about that battle of Shiloh. I don't get into war much any more.

I know you'll remember this one, Texas.

Yes, The Band wrote and recorded that song, but Joan's was the definitive version. Hers was considered controversial, because she changed the word 'mud' to 'blood.'

I'm no fan of Hugh Laurie, but I found this interesting

edgar, Hugh is a musician, too, and I had no idea that he was British.

euro, Sol Seppy's Enter One was fabulous. Great visuals. Sleep well, dear friend.
