@edgarblythe,
replying to all via Texas.

Welcome back once again, Barry. Loved your photos as usual, and That'll Be Christmas and Grateful for Christmas were fantastic. Thanks for the introduction.

hbg, All of your songs were excellent. St. Nicholas Was a Sailor and Christmas songs from Greece were so different and enjoyable.

edgar, Irish Christmas song was superb.

Hope I didn't miss anyone as I awakened too early this morning.

First, a birthday man Matthew Arnold's famous poem Dover Beach.

@edgarblythe,
Thanks again for your comment, Texas. I agree with Lake. We have commercialized Christmas and we stopped doing so last year.

My East Indian friend at the shell station said that the kids who were born here still enjoyed getting presents. Yep, Christmas is for kids.

Anyone remember Howard Hughes? Rather sad about his life, but here is the trailer of Leonardo doing his obsessive compulsive disorder. It is suggested that he also engaged in drugs.

GJ, gave me one of his flat screened monitors, and it is fantastic.

@edgarblythe,
Thanks again for your comment, Texas. As you know I love Brook Benton especially A Rainy Night in Georgia. Loved his This Time of Year When Christmas is near.

I think most of our listeners and contributers missed this one, and since I have been at The Boar's Head Inn, I think that I'll play it again.

@edgarblythe,
Well, edgar thanks for restoring our signal, and I'll have to check with our maintenance man to see what he can do about the equipment in your little corner of our studio.

Really enjoyed Jimmie doing It's Christmas Time again. Don't know Dorsey Burnette, but County Boy in the Army was great.

Well, Blackmore's Night is talking about the clock ticking, so I think she's right.

@Barry The Mod,
Welcome back, Barry. Loved those photos as usual. Floyd's Empty Stocking Blues was great. Did you know that "rhythm" is one of the few words that doesn't contain a vowel? With the exception of "sometimes y"

Let's hope Santa doesn't run into ToTo. (no, not Dorothy's dog) Razz

When you have the opportunity, check out those cellos. Pablo Cassal would be pleased.
