@edgarblythe,
Good morning, edgar, Love the Fab Four's singing bird and Al's Here in my Heart.

Needless to say, it was a restless night for me thinking about Isaac, but I made it through the night.

edgar, one to match your bird by the Beatles.

@jcboy,
Welcome back, Morgan. A Sunday Kind of Love is great by Etta, but here's her most famous song.

@eurocelticyankee,
On that one, euro, Christy reminds me of Leonard Cohen.
Thanks for the link!

Hope that turned out not to be a cold coming on.

@ossobuco,
I hope so, too, osso.

Maybe this will help our euro get better.

This one is a surprise to me as I had no idea about Ringo and her. Today is her birthday. First some info on the lady.

Barbara Bach is an American actress and model known as the Bond girl from the James Bond movie The Spy Who Loved Me. She subsequently starred in Force 10 from Navarone with Harrison Ford. She is married to former Beatle Ringo Starr.

Now, one by Van the Man with lovely photos of Barbara and Ringo.

@Barry The Mod,
Welcome back, Brit. I have only seen a blue moon once, so if Isaac behaves, maybe I can see the one Friday.

Don't know Caitlin & Will's Address In the Stars, but it was great. Thanks for the introduction.

How about a poem for the day.

@edgarblythe,
Wow! That's rather young for such a mysterious poem, edgar.

"the killer" never sounds the same. Don't know "....the hole...." however.

Today is Daryl Dragon's birthday, and we probably know him best as "the captain"

Here is a great one by him and Toni.

Well, Osso, wonder if euroGeorge is "...glad to see us..." Razz

Seriously, I hope he is feeling better. Maybe Van the Man will cheer him up with his tribute to Ringo and Barbara.

edgar, I love Chuck Berry. Don't know Thirty Days, so thanks for the introduction. He's still with us. You probably remember Captain and Tenille best for "Love Will Keep Us Together"

Incidentally, I would like to thank all of those contributors who gave me a thumbs up.

Inspired by our Brit, I'm going to say goodnight with a blue moon song.

Nice to see Dublin and London with us today.

From Letty with love to all

edgar, you hurry back, and we loved both of your goodnight songs by Brenda Lee and Sade. Also appreciate your comment.

euro, Welcome back. Enya's Caribbean Blue was gentle and calming. Hope our beaches stay that way. Glad that your sniffles didn't turn into something worse, Irish.

today is the birthday of a famous tenor : Richard Tucker .
he sings for us : " your's is my heart alone " - what an absolutely beautiful voice !
