Good morning WA2K folks.

Hey, Mooseman. Loved that one by Ziggy Marley. Yep, Make Some Music, and that's why we're here. Thanks again, Kansas.

Well, Brit, so glad that you're back on daytime schedule. Really enjoyed your Brand New Day. Ah, Shine on you Crazy Diamond by your birthday boy was fantastic.

Izzie, what a wonderful version of Beauty and the Beast and it's in French. Amazing that your little one is doing Louis's version of It Don't Mean a Thing if it Ain't Got That Swing. Welcome back to you as well, hun.

Interesting, y'all, Rock played one by Ziggy, and today is Bob Marley's birthday.

We miss you, Bob.

Well, not three little words, but three little birds.

Good morning. I checked Bob Marley and Louis Armstrong. I always enjoy their sounds. I have to get some equipment back to the job and do weekly grocery shopping today. But I should be around .

JPB, that was an awesome tribute to Elizabeth. If I could say that a marriage was perfect, it would be Robert and Elizabeth. Beautiful visuals, too, Chicago.

Welcome back, edgar. Letty over reacts sometimes, and Billie's How Deep is the Ocean is a masterpiece all of its own.

Another tribute to a master whose birthday is today.

@edgarblythe,
edgar, I don't know Bob Lind, but his Elusive Butterfly of Love was awesome. Thanks again for listening and commenting on our tributes, Texas.

All of us are truly concerned about our manager, Robert Gentle as he is quite ill with a strain of flu.

The first time that he and I chatted was on Abuzz when I did Emily Dickenson's This is my Letter to the World. He responded and I found out that he was from Sao Paulo, Brazil. I asked him if spoke Portuguese and he responded, "fluently".

To be brief, I asked him if he knew this song.

He was CDK then and later opened The Raven's Realm.

Please voice your concern for him, y'all. Squinney has started a discussion.

@Rockhead,
Rock, you think your time machine is off now, wait until Daylight Savings Time begins March 14 (right before the ides of March) Rolling Eyes

Ah, love that Swing, Swing, Swing, Kansas, and the added touch of Harry and Gene Krupa is marvelous. Sent me to the archives again, and I found out that Sal Mineo did The Gene Krupa story.

Today is this famous condutor's birthday, y'all, so let's hear one by him.

@Barry The Mod,
Hey, Brit. Love that one by Wes. What a mellow and fabulous jazz man.

Sheeeeze, our Barry has gone off to other worlds before we could ask him about the movie Alice in Wonderland.

Noticed this, folks.

"Insensatez" (usually translated to "How Insensitive" in English, although the Portuguese word really means 'absurdity' or 'folly') is a bossa nova jazz standard composed by Antônio Carlos Jobim, loosely based on Frederic Chopin's Prelude No.4 with lyrics by Vinícius de Moraes. The English lyrics were written by Norman Gimbel.

Love what we learn here.

Here's another version of Tequila, though not half a good as Wes' version.

Love Monty Python, Rock.Defense against fruit was great. I looked for the original one by them, but all I could find was a parody. Funny, however
