@Rockhead,
Ah, Rock. Allison is great doing Carolina in My Mind, but that's one that NO one will ever surpass JT in doing. I loved the guy from his debut with this one, y'all.

@Rockhead,
Rockymoose, I like that one as well. Just found out that the harmonica hanging around his neck was inspired by Bob Dylan. Thanks, Kansas. Love what you play on WA2K.

Another gem. The Furnace Mountain Band is from Virginia. Loved the visuals on that one, too. Don't see many stone fire places any more.

Speaking of stones, y'all.

Thanks for both those song.

Here's one from your chic flick.Actually, Britess; there are two vocalists that sing this same song, and I haven't decided which I like the best.

Hey, Rocky moose. That Billy Joel montage was great. Thanks, Kansas.

Izzie, loved that Jack Johnson song. As a matter of record, I ate pancakes and sausage for breakfast and went back to bed.

I was wondering where our panz is, Britess, and edgar as well.

A couple of songs for Sunday, y'all.

First, some relaxing music; Linkin Park.

And, all, since tomorrow is Martin Luther King, Jr. day, here is my favorite speech by him. It's almost as if he devined what was going to happen.

Good morning. I have been preoccupied with various things, such as playoff football, trying to get a manuscript in order as I work on it - it's hard work for a clumsy person - There was a Gary Cooper marathon on TV and negative developements with the suppliers of my supplements. So many distractions. I expect to participate on the radio during the day. Will have to see what transpires.

Martin Luther King is one of my favorite historical figures. Kris Kristofferson wrote this song for martyrs.

@edgarblythe,
edgar, love that Kris song; "And Then They Killed Him". Lou Rawls is one of my favorite soul men, Texas. Never heard "I'll See You When I get There, however.

How about one from the Roarin' Twenties, y'all.

These Brothers "Ames" to please.

Note the history on this song.
