Liam Clancy with an Irish (gaelic) song called Is ar éireann, ní neosfainn, cé hí (roughly translates as: For Ireland, I'd not reveal her name). The recitation at the beginning is a poem by Austin Clarke called The Planter's Daughter.

When night stirred at sea,
