I saw Isaac Hayes in the Astrodome one time. He was MC for Bob Dylan's Rolling Thunder Review. Dylan was pushing the song Hurricane.

@edgarblythe,
Hope he didn't push "hurricane" too far this way, edgar. I know what you mean. Just funnin' around

Wow! I didn't know that Bobby and Stevie did that one, Texas. Love it, and I never hear the song that I don't think of this painting.

Here's one that I found, and I guess it came to mind after searching for other things, y'all.

Be certain and let your PD know if the painting made a show.

@edgarblythe,
There's a jazz version of that Swingin' shepherd, edgar, with flute, but it was a bit longish because it also contained Bags Groove.

Time for me to say goodnight, and I think that I shall do so with Three Dog Night.

We'll dedicate this to Prince Gautam. Hope he is all right.

From a rather tired Letty awaiting news from the home front, but always

With love

That 3 Dog Night song is my favorite song by them.
We don't hear Booker T and the MGs vocalize that often, but on Gotta Serve Somebody, they do.

Good morning, WA2K folks.

edgar, Loved the Booker T and the MG's. Yep, gotta serve somebody. Thanks, Texas.

Hey, Brit. Your Bongo Band was great and humorous. Especially liked Apache. The JuJu orchestra was great as well. Love the Latin Beat, buddy.

Hmm, for some reason, y'all, I recall juju beads.

Hope Rock gets back to Kansas safely.

Today is the Count's birthday, so here is a tribute to him.
