@edgarblythe,
Yes, edgar, I have often wondered why people differ in their opinions of music, but I guess it's like poetry. Some interpret it one way, others another. That Happy Wanderer is what I meant by deja vu. Check out the history on it, Texas.
Well, here's my goodnight song, and I think everyone agrees that Bobby Darin is great as was Kevin Spacey who did his life story on film.

@panzade,
she seems pretty down to earth, sadly she'll probably never be a big star, but quite often the truly talented get over shadowed by the ambitious

@djjd62,
Good morning, WA2K listeners and contributors.

dj, not certain what you guys are alluding to concerning Shania and Kathleen. Perhaps when you get the time, you can explain.

Well, we talked about River Phoenix, Joaquin Phoenix, and now how about Johnny Depp. Love this song, folks.

A new film of The Day the Earth Stood Still is coming to theaters in December. Here is a trailer.
Good morning. Warm weather has returned and will last until about Friday. Thanksgiving is expected to be rainy.

i think of shania as a performer, and kathleen as an artist, the performers usually have great fame, the artists tend to struggle in the back ground

Good morning, edgar. Top of the mornin' to ya. Wow! Hope I can see the remake of that movie. Like Keanu Reeves and loved the first one, buddy. Cool here with sunny skies, but boy do we need the rain.

Ah, I gotcha, dj. Thanks.

It seems that it's a Scotsman's birthday today, and this one is presentable by him and funny. Love the accent, folks.

Ron Sexsmith - Secret Heart

here's another canadian that falls into the artist category, well known in music circles, and probably makes a decent living, but not a superstar by any means

he is however well liked by many great musicians, elvis costello and paul mc cartney both being big fans

@djjd62,
Fabulous, dj. He's just a kid, and I loved the song itself. Thanks again for a great contribution.

OK, y'all. Here's our classical piece for the day by Mozart. This is unbelievable.

When I was a kid, I could play this on piano, because I learned it by ear. Unfortunately, having a good ear is detrimental to learning to read music.

@alex240101,
Love The Eagles, alex. That one is great and thanks.

There is no twilight in Florida, folks. We just go from rose colored light to the black of night.

Here's one by Sam Cook, however, and the man's death is still circumspect.

Good evening. I have been on the job this evening. The lead man is on vacation, so I had to work on an A/C. I may be back with a song or two later.

@djjd62,
dj, loved the Great Lake Swimmers' song. (don't need air conditioner here either)

The lyrics to The Boy With the Arab Strap were odd, Canada, but Belle and Sebastian were great.

Time for me to say goodnight, so we'll dedicate this to edgar.

@Raggedyaggie,
Raggedy, We are all so relieved that you are all right. Izzie especially wondered about you. Welcome back and thanks again for the lovely quartet.

Although I am not familiar with Amy Grant, she has a beautiful voice, so let's listen to this lovely song.
