Which of the following sentences is correct?

1) She’s living in Paris for a few months.

2) She’s been living in Paris for a few months.

If both are possible, do they mean the same thing?

Thank you.

@paok1970,
Taking the apostrophes out sometimes makes things clearer.

1) She’s living in Paris for a few months.
She IS living in Paris for a few months.

2) She’s been living in Paris for a few months.
She HAS been living in Paris for a few months.
