Who decides when a topic becomes "Featured"? Am confused.
Is there any particular reason for a topic becoming featured or is it just a random selection?

Oh how easily confuddled my little brain becomes... and how it keeps me awake at night! Crying or Very sad

... erm.. not really. Yes I'm confusable but nooooo I will noooot be crying abooot it tonight. Cool
