I know that you are familiar with this message:
"You have not met the PM privilege requirements for sending out new PMs. Access to PMs is given to users after a period of good standing during which they have been active members of the community. Feel free to respond to any PMs you receive."
I have a problem with this restriction, even though I understand its purpose, but there is a scenario that I feel you need to address...
I'm sure that my old Abuzzniac friends, Jespah, Craven, Phoenix et al can assist.
I had a previous moniker which I can no longer access, and so I've had to create this new moniker. Accordingly, I cannot send a PM to my old Administrators to give them details of why I cannot access my old moniker, hence why I'm having to create this thread.
Suggestion: you need a technical queries/feedback PM facility for members to contact the Administrators.
I'll reveal my true identity when I receive some assistance.
Thanks.
PS I want my old moniker back...please help!
Hmmm, who can you be? Very mysterious!
That avatar looks familiar ...
Both of you guys KNOW who I am.

Scroll down to the very bottom of any page on A2K. On the far right-hand side there is a "Help" link. Click on that and use the "Submit a Ticket" feature to report your problem to the site administrators.
Thanks fishin...that was useful advice - I'm on my way there..."gone fishin...".
Oh by the way, you KNOW who I am also.
