Logic Puzzle: Going Out to Eat

Hey, guys. I've lost far too much sleep over this puzzle, and any help with it would be much appreciated!! The solution to this one is one of three solutions I need to find to solve the last one. I have the other too, but this one still stumps me. Here it is, exactly as it was given to me:

A family goes out to eat. At the restaurant, they each order a different item from the menu. The father is a vegan and the baby is not allowed to eat meat yet. Each item has a set of numbers on the menu that designate what type of food it is. When the food arrives at the Table, the orders look like this.

Father 52-8-9-92
Mother 4-99-9
Son 9-53-14-1
Daughter 84-88-19
Baby 15-63-33

Determine the name of each food item ordered by the various family members. When deciphered, you will find that each food name has an extra letter in it. Remove those extra letters and use them to spell a term used in the games of WSOP. This term is your solution for puzzle 1.
