Cosmetic Surgery

I have tried to research regarding the topic of cosmetic surgery in Islam but I didn't exactly find an answer and I thought this would be the best way for me to feel at peace of whether to go forward with it or not.

I am Muslim female who recently just got engaged. I have always felt so self conscious and insecure about my body for my entire life. But now that I got engaged these feelings have increased so much and is affecting me in so many ways. My self esteem and confidence in myself has and I am very self conscious about my body for when I get married which is in a few months. I know that cosmetic surgery in Islam is haram unless medical/health related. However, is it permissible to get a breast implant if yours are truly just so small or nothing that it is affecting me in such a heavy manner. Thank you
