2/0 awg neutral 3/0 awg hot main service

I am purchasing a home (built in 1996).. just received the inspection report & it is noted there is a 2/0 awg neutral wire & a mismatched 3/0 awg hot main service .. is this a major problem? An easy fix? All input is appreciated
