I'm pretty sure the bathroom is mold but am hoping the bedroom is not as there is no humidity in there. What do you think? Is this a DIY or need to call in professionals? Thank you for your advice!!
Definately mold.
Dark, cool areas are prone to this kind of mold. Its best to move furniture around to prevent it. The dry wall can get compromised requiring replacing. If it's not too bad the mold can be wiped clean off the wall and "kills" paint can be painted over the spot to prevent regrowth.
But definately move the bed away from this area and don't sleep near it until it's taken care of. It can cause health issues.
