Is this a meteorite?

Hello,

Some years ago I came across this rock, which I can't seem to identify.

It looks a bit like the "meteorite" may have fractured upon impact,

It is quite heavy and I've already checked that it is magnetic to a certain degree... A kitchen magnet can hang underneath the rock.

Pictures can be seen here.

Thanks in advance.

@roger,
Looks like a "meteorwrong" . REndy Korotev , a geochemist at the U of St Louis is probably your best source for submitteing pictures for a best nalyses of m,eteorites.
A meteorite usually has a strong "reaction surface" and conchoidal pits that result from the rock enetering our atmosphere and oxidizing in a rough ride in.
Yours looks just like some fractured black rock, maybe goethite or goethite hematite or even magnetite.
hqrd to tell from photos what it is, But I think we can say what it isnt.

@Mathiasnowak,
It has no Fusion Crust. So probably not a meteorite.

@farmerman,
Thank you for your answer.

Here is a video showing it:

There are small craters in the rock that contain small parts of shiny material... It looks like some sort of molten metal.
