Would you feel sorry for a person in this situation?

We had a person complaining to us that first home buyers can't get into the market, how awful it is and how it is a massive problem.

However, what we found out is they are trying to buy their first house in one of the most upmarket and expensive suburbs in the city and are not willing to live in cheaper suburbs until they can afford to move into a more expensive suburb.
