My family and I are looking to relocate to a city with a warm climate. We have 3 boys, so cost of living is important. Mass transit and factory/industry type work is also a huge factor. I know that's a lot to ask for but if you have any suggestions that would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

I'm up and about but know little about the economy there, being from the west coast and not an economics person in the first place - but we have other posters who know quite a bit. Hang in, as people may not reply immediately.
