The Great Wall of Mexico?

$5.3 billion seems cheap for the wall, but it will end up costing much more. In our State, the county is building a 20 mile rail system at a cost of $10 billion. The stupid fools in the planning stages never expected that, cost was initially at around $3.5 billion.

Oh, the wall is expected to cost $2 trillion. My mistake.

They still won't be able to build it under budget unless they use undocumented workers.

I doubt that even this congress will authorize the funds.
