For a pyramid with a triangular base, such that all triangles in the pyramid are congruent, a quadrilateral is formed with each side connecting the midpoints of a face (or base) of the pyramid. Each face(or base) contains only one side of the quadrilateral. What kind of quadrilateral is formed?
