You're not being terribly clear about what you're asking, or even whether you are using the desktop or phone version. Or if you're asking about an album, an ad, a group, a background image, a page, a profile picture, or something else.

But no matter what, Facebook doesn't work that way. They don't anchor much of anything. It is in Facebook''s best interests for its users to see as many things as possible while they are on. They are unlikely to change that.
