Girls or Women? Please help recognize

It seems that I have some difficulty to judge the age of a Western blonde female. In the following picture, there are four blondes. I think the right two are girls while the left two are women. The problem is: I searched out the picture with the condition "ONLY girls", not "girls and women" - so the four should have been girls. Yet the strong impression haunts me: The left two are adult females! Sorry it is a mess to me.

Your link is dead. I even retyped the link to try to reach the picture and I got a page which says "Access denied".

Have you seen the pic?
The search option is offered directly by the site: that is, there is a link named "ONLY girls"(in Mandarin) and I simply clicked it.
