Single Tax;
From what I have read and from talking to other people the choice of a Spirit is weither they have completed their world schooling or not. If they need other type of lives to live or to receive more schooling then they are sent back to the world to obtain this schooling that is needed.
I dont know if I am making any sense or not but thas the way it has been explained to me.
