How can I tell who is hosting a particular website?

You can do what is called a "whois" (Who is) search. There are plenty of websites giving access to the publicly available databases that hold the information. Just do a Google search for "whois search". One such is

http://www.netim.com/domain-name/whois-search.html

You type (or paste) just the "domain name", that is the bare web site address ignoring the http://www. stuff at the start (example: able2know.org), and assuming you did this correctly you get a list showing all the available information.
