I've never heard of a barial anything. The repeating portion is called the repetend.

It's called a Recurring Decimal, which is a rational number when made a fraction.

I seem to remember that they can be written be putting an 'extra' decimal point over the last digit of, say, three (after the decimal). But it may be under, not over. Sorry.
