What is your most pressing spiritual question?

As an atheist, it consistently amazes me about the attitudes of some religious people. In my travels, I have found that many of them sincerely believe, that in order to be a "good" person, one must believe in a God, and follow a religion, preferably their own. That might be an interesting idea to kick around with your group!

So, to answer your specific question, my question might be, "Must one believe in a God, and/or a specific religion, in order to lead the "good" life, and be a moral person? Does one need God and/or a religion to develop a positive moral code of living, or can that emanate from within each person? What is being "spiritual", and can that quality exist in a person without the connection to God and/or a religion?

What happens when you die. The whole "near death experience". I mean, I've heard that the light people see is just a chemical reaction in the brain during asphyxiation but then how do you explain the other stuff?
