Illegal aliens weren't counted, because they didn't vote. That's another of the multitude of Trump lies, with absolutely zero evidence, like all of his whoppers. And wghat is clear is that Hillaryand her positions were what American voters supported, NOT Donald Trump or his agenda. He is in the deepest sense an illegitimate president, despite what the anti-democratic Electoral College may do tomorrow

@MontereyJack,
I wonder if guijohn understands how difficult it is to vote without the proper ID?
Here in California, when we went to the voting place, we had to sign our name on a register. We now vote by mail.
The penalty for voting fraudulently is not worth the cost in money or time in jail.

@giujohn,
We're talking about voter fraud, not illegal immigration. Do you always divert from the primary subject? What's the purpose?

@giujohn,
My point stand: if the US were a democracy, Clinton would be president elect.

The implication is that the people need to reclaim their country, stick a few heads on pikes, hang the orang utan on a butcher hook and all that jazz.

It's a democratic republic, not a democracy. The electoral college is there to ensure that the nation is not ruled by the votes of city dwellers.

What did you fail to understand, kiddy? Ask and I'll try to explain with very simple words.

you actually believe we are a democracy

Oh I know very well that the US is no democracy. That's why the people voted for Clinton and yet an orang utang will be your next president.

The good news is: he will rape the little cretins who support him, just as hard as anybody else.

Its either that or you got a "time out" from our leader. Wink

I got a week out, yes. That was because i called another poster a liar. Just that. He was lying... I took it to mean that you can't say the truth on A2K, so I gave the place a few months of time out.

Went to another forum called Fluther, very nice and well moderated. EBeth and Set are there too.

On Fluther, they actually tell you WHY you get moded out (so you can reflect and learn) and they only mod specific posts which they think are over the board. Something the confused leaders of this place might wish to reflect upon.

I live in Rome, by the way.

@cc: I was in Marrakesh last week. Great place. I'm thinkink of retiring in Morroco now. I always loved Muslim countries and it's one that doesn't have much of a terror problem. People are so gentle and civil, including vis a vis women. They even produce wine. What's not to love?

@Builder,
If you have rules disempowering the people, it's not a democracy, period.

@Olivier5,
It's not about disempowering anybody.

It's about equal representation for rural areas.

If it were truly mob rule (democracy) then states like Iowa wouldn't be so important.

In fact, rural people from rural states wouldn't even bother voting without the electoral college, so you wouldn't have uniting states.

You'd have 50 plus separate republics. Which may not be such a bad thing.

@Builder,
I'm sorry to break it to you but it's not "equal" if it's unequal. If you decide to over-represent the rural areas, you decide at the very same time to under-represent the urban areas.

@Olivier5,
And if this system had given you the results you expected, it would still be unfair?

The DNC fucked up royally, by not giving the people what they wanted. The resulting protest vote was a big **** YOU to the corruption proven within the DNC.

It's time you came to grips with that reality, and stopped flailing wildly about.

@Builder,
Does you trying to change the subject means you agree with me that the system is unfair and undemocratic, and thus we can now move on to another topic, or does it mean you're a coward?

And if a bullfrog had wings he wouldn't bump his ass...Your point is irrelevant and moot.
