Two neighbouring countries are assumed to exist in an area.
In the first country, everyone says the truth, and in the other country everyone lies. Suppose you are walking near of the border between the aforementioned countries, but you don't know exactly in which country you are.
Suddenly, you meet a person. What would you ask him in order to know in which country you are? Note that people may be abroad (and may not).
It's relatively easy, in my opinion.

The question must be a Yes/No one. Obviously, if not, there could be more than a lie
My conversation would go like this.
Me Excuse me my man, but I am lost. Would you be so kind as to tell me which country I'm in? Is this truth country?
him yes
me would you like a punch in the face?
him yes
me thank you. I never realised lie country was so nice this time of year.
