This depends on the legion of definitions of God to which one subscribes, but unless it is being addressed to pagans and neo-pagans, it is, essentially, a stupid question.
Christians don't believe that God "had sex" with Mary (although Joseph might have), and I would venture to say that every other major religion, including Hinduism, would respond to this question with something to the effect of
Yes, God could do whatever he wants, but there is no reason to believe he ever would.
The Greeks, perhaps, couldn't imagine gods that didn't share their carnal desires, but we certainly can. The notion of a celestial, supreme being subject to the biological drives of one of his creations is very, very far-fetched.

Likely the giants rode dinosaurs like Alley Oop did because the unicorns were too small.
