Norton Willis & Garmin Morris Artist Biographies.

I recently acquired 2 watercolours by Norton Willis & Garmin Morris, (painting under the pseudonym of GM Avondale). Although the internet is abound with various sites/galleries selling their paintings, the only information I can find is that they are late 19th/early 20th artists of the English school.
Can anyone tell be something about their biography, when and where they lived and died for example. I find it strange that such prolific artists are not mentioned, (even in Wikipedia!!).
